Release Blitz & Review...Sweet Redemption by Olivia Peters

Sweet Redemption by Olivia Peters is LIVE!

Brooklyn

Breaking off my marriage of convenience to start a smoldering affair turns my world upside down. Trevor was supposed to be worth it. He nearly made me spontaneously combust in bed while showing me a love I never thought possible outside of it.

Except it was all a lie. Happily ever after with a man who betrayed me? Not a chance.

Trevor

I planned to destroy Brooklyn because someone had to pay for the sins of her father. Instead, her touch healed everything that was broken inside me, and I fell hopelessly in love with my enemy’s daughter.

Brooklyn thinks she can end us, but I’m not spending another day without her by my side. Give up on love? Never, even if it kills me.

Brooklyn has been with Jake for years but she’s starting to realise there’s more to living than what she’s doing. With a rich, overbearing father, a clueless, work obsessed partner and a career that she never really wanted, Brooklyn’s eyes are been opened to what her life is shaping up to be like and she’s not sure it’s what she wants.

Trevor has wanted to get his revenge on Brooklyn’s father for years and he knows the easiest way to do that is through his precious daughter Brooklyn. What starts off as a plan for revenge soon changes when he discovers Brooklyn isn’t what he was expecting and he finds himself spending more time with her. It’s not long before the connection between them makes him question his plan and what he’s going to do now he’s developing feelings.

I know a lot of people don’t like cheating in books but I’m one of those that love it. If it’s done right. Olivia Peters manages to make you understand what the characters are feeling and understand why they feel the need to take the roads they do. Don’t get me wrong there were times these characters really frustrated me. Brooklyn for letting things go to keep others happy at the cost of her own dreams and happiness and for been a bit of a walk over, Trevor for been so hell bent on revenge that he’s willing to hurt innocent people to get what he wants but overall I found something about both characters that I really liked.

Sweet Redemption was hard to put down. It’s full of secrets, betrayal, lies, drama and chemistry. The characters weren’t anything like I was expecting and I was really hoping Brooklyn was going to make the right choice. A really good debut book by this author and I can’t wait to read more from her.
