Following on from Junkie, Miri is in Hell. Fighting to survive is the hardest thing she's had to do and she's determined that no one will break her. As holding on gets even harder, she can't help wondering if Jagger will get to her in time.

Jagger is going nuts trying to get to Miri. Making deals to get the help he needs to find her, he'll stop at nothing to get her back.

I loved this book. The relationship and bond between Miri and Jag has grown and developed since the first book. It's full of mystery, suspense, back stabbing and it's a lot darker than Junkie. With great characters and an addictive story, I struggled to put it down.

Review...Junkie (Broken Doll #1) by Heather C. Leigh

Boss... The boss of a drug trafficking organisation in Austin. He's cool, calm and calculated. He's always in control and he's ruthless in getting what he wants. I loved Boss-man. He's hot, alpha, dominating and he's got the whole bad boy thing down perfect.

Miri turned to druga after running away. Strung out and needing a fix she goes in search of her dealer?boyfriend. Which leads her right to Boss's door. Confronted with a junkie in his home, he's far from pleased. With a bad history of his own when it comes to drugs, he's strugging to what he thinks is best.

Both these characters are messed up and troubled but deep down they both do have a heart (kind of). With an impending war between drug lords, a pull between them that's getting harder and harder to ignore, Boss has some tough decisions to make before it's too late.

I loved this story. The characters are great, both tough on the outside but a little softer once you get to know them, I was willing them on all the way. A good story that kept my interest all the way through and the end left me desperate for more. If you're looking for something gritty that you won't want to put down, this is the book for you.
