Once upon a time, my heart was broken. Wrecked beyond repair.
Then I met him, a man who wasn’t like anyone before.
Who didn’t see the world like others saw it.
He wasn’t supposed to fall in love with me. The girl nobody wanted. A soul destined to save others, when she couldn’t save herself.
I didn’t believe him when he said I was his.
But darkness belongs with darkness.
And love doesn’t always equal pain.
Maybe fairytales do exist for women like me.

Happiness to be found among the wreckage.

HOSTED BY:
After reading the first part of Rosie’s story, I needed this book. Rosie hasn’t had the easiest of times but she’s found a kindred spirit in Kade. Behind his mask, Kades got a darkness about him that not many people would understand. Luckily Rosie isn’t just anyone and even though you’d think these two wouldn’t work, there’s something about them both that had me rooting for them to get a hea (or even a hfn).
This is a fantastic conclusion to Rosie’s story. It’s dark, emotional and got brilliant characters that I couldn’t help loving
