I had no idea until I’d finished this book that some of the supporting characters had their own books. I kind of feel like I’ve missed out, especially because I enjoyed this so much (I will be reading the others ASAP) but this book can definitely be read as a complete standalone.
Max and Eve had an exclusive relationship for the last two years and everything is perfect. The chemistry between them is just as hot as it was in the beginning, they enjoy each other’s company, it’s all going good. Until Eve realised she wants more and Max doesn’t want the same things. Throw in an ex, some misunderstandings and living miles apart, and Eve and Max have some big decisions to make about their futures.
I loved this book. I don’t think I put it down once. Both Max and Eve are really likeable characters and I admit I was desperate for them to get it together. Full of off the charts chemistry and balanced with plenty of emotions and feelings, this book had everything I want in a romance.
