Everything is lining up, almost clear to the finish line of capturing her heart just as she has won his, when Remy figures out who Harlyn Krinston is. She may be the thing to make his whole world pause and delay the race he’s been on to create the career he’s always envisioned. Will Remy have the reaction time it takes to win Harlyn’s heart, or will he foul start before the race even begins?

Burndown is the first book in the Nitro Crew series and we start with Remington Grains story.
I loved Remy. He’s hard working, dedicated to his job and determined. His boss hates him even though he doesn’t know why. His two friends are constantly bickering with him left to try and keep the peace between them. He’s pretty much all work and no play. Until he stops to rescue a damsel in distress at the side of the road.
Harlyn is moving to Leeds Square to work with her dad and hopefully work on their relationship. Breaking down just outside of town wasn’t in her plans. Neither was the instant reaction to the gorgeous stranger who stops to help her.
I loved the romance between Remy and Harlyn. Rather than rush in head first, these two spend time making their relationship more than just physical. Harlyn is adorable. I couldn’t help but like her, even in all her awkward glory. With Remys mum turning up and bringing chaos with her, this is a sweet but entertaining read. I can’t wait to read more from the Nitro Crew.
