It took me a few chapters to get into this book. I’m a very impatient person and waiting to get answers is not my strong point. However, a few chapters in and the answers started coming and that was it, I was hooked on Blaire and Charlie’s story. This is a continuation of Blaires story so you really do need to read book one first.
After the ending from book one I was super excited to find out what had happened to Blaire. This book is a whirlwind. My confusion on who to trust mirrored Blaires and I was never certain what was going to happen next.
Blaire is very easy to sympathise with. She goes to hell and back and every time it looks like her life’s getting better, something happens to throw everything in to turmoil. There were times reading his that I wanted to tell her to breathe and think and although it irritated me I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same.
This book is full of action, twists and betrayal and it’ll keep you guessing from start to finish. I can’t wait for more.
