| I LOVED this book!! I don't know what it was that sucked me in but I honestly didn't want this book to end. Britta is caught off guard when she bumps into her ex and before she knows it she finds herself telling him she's engaged even though there's no boyfriend in sight. Backed against a wall she has little choice but to come clean to her 'fiance' slash boss Hawk Carnage. Now what can I say about Hawk? He's the owner of a successful lingerie company and friends with Brittas brothers. He's hot, bossy, he's had a thing for Britta for years, he's got her back, he's got a jealous streak, did I mention he's hot? Everything about this guy is delicious. I fell for him hard. This is a fast paced, fun romance that's got the perfect balance of sexiness, humour and banter, with two fantastic, really likeable main characters. |
