Never flirt with temptation.
Never lust after what I can’t have.
And never, under any circumstances, screw a married man again.
Never lust after what I can’t have.
And never, under any circumstances, screw a married man again.
By the time this story is told, I’ll have failed at all three…
With my heart and reputation in ruins, I can’t afford to make another mistake. Boarding a flight to Seattle is supposed to give me a clean slate, but from the moment Cash Montgomery slides into the seat next to mine, I’m captivated by his steel eyes that see too much. I ache for this stranger in a way I’ve never ached for anyone.
But I didn’t know he was married, and I sure as hell didn’t see the curveball fate had in store. My clean slate in Seattle isn’t so clean after all because my new boss is the man forbidden to me.
And the only man I want.
The only man I’ll do anything for, even if it means breaking the promise I made to myself when I fled my old life in shame.
I wasn’t supposed to fall for a married man, but I did.
NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR: Though the subject matter deals with cheating, there are no innocent parties here. Book 1 in the Trashy Affair series.

I was so excited when I heard about Trashy Foreplay. I love a good romance, especially if one of the parties is committed to someone else. This book was not what I was expecting and yet it was more than I hoped for. I loved this story. The characters, the build up, the chemistry, the story....everything!
Jules' life comes crashing down around her following a mistake she made, leading her to not only lose her boyfriend but her job aswell. Desperate to get away, she jumps on a plane to Seattle and that's when a chance encounter with a super hot and surprisingly sweet stranger changes her flight.
Cash is running head first towards his problems when he meets Jules and is completely unprepared for the instant spark he feels between them. I really felt for Cash. His personal life is a mess, he has commitments he can't get out of but all he can think about is the intriguing woman he met on the plane. He's conflicted, torn about what he wants/needs to do and so confused, and that's what made me fall for him.
I adored both Jules and Cash. Neither are bad people, they're not purposely out to hurt anyone. In fact they try to keep things on a purely business level, but the more they fall into an easy relationship, the more the lines get blurred between them.
This isn't a wham bam kind of story. It's got a slow, steady build up, chemistry that sparks hotter and hotter and a genuine connection between the two main characters. The angst is done perfectly. I'm a massive angst lover and this full book was perfect to me.
A really good, angsty, twisty first book in this new series and I can honestly say I will be counting down the days until book two is out. I'm desperate to see where this story is going to go and what will happen next between Julia and Cash.
