Blurb

There’s a phrase: Still waters run deep.

But there’s more to it than that.

Because "still" doesn’t denote peace. Nor calm. Nor happiness.

It’s an illusion. It's chaos.

The only way to handle chaos is to become it.

That’s what Lucy did. She created stillness out of the chaos tumbling inside her and called the most chaotic motorcycle club in the United States her family.

The Sons of Templar gave her chaos, friendship, family, danger and death.

But she wouldn't want it any other way.

Then he came. The one who showed her that her handle on chaos was tumultuous at best.

Showed her how to stand still.

And how good it could be.

And how drowning in those waters comes as easy as breathing.

GOODREADS

4.5 Stars

This is my first book by Anne Malcolm....I don't know what planet I've been living on but I plan to rectify that massive mistake asap.
I went into this book knowing nothing, I hadn't even read the blurb so I had absolutely no expectations of what I was getting into. This is going to be a vague review as I really think it's best to go into this book blind.

I really liked Lucy at first, she's stubborn, sassy and funny. She has certain rules. She won't sleep with a biker because her family means more to her than anything and she won't risk losing them. When she goes to one of the clubs parties she's not expecting to meet Keltan.

Lucy's traumatised over an event that's happened in her past and she's trying to move past that. She's one of those characters that you want to go for a drink with, at times you just want to hug her and there's other times I really wanted to do physical harm to her. She frustrated me so much that I wanted to slap some sense into her and force her to see what's right in front of her face.

I adored Keltan. He's fighting his own battles but he's more than capable of helping Lucy with hers. He is just the sweetest, sexiest, most perfect book boyfriend. Show me someone who disagrees and I'll show you a liar.

This book is full of frustrating angst. The chemistry between Lucy and Keltan is off the charts, the connection between them, the way their characters grow, all add to what is a really good, gripping story.
