Mafia Princess is my first book by Bella J and I loved it. With a forbidden romance and super hot chemistry, Lorik and Karina had me cheering them on from the start. Hot cop Lorik loves his job and he's determined to bring down Mafia family the Valentis. When he drags Valentis' daughter Karina in for questioning, he's not expecting the chemistry that sparks between them.
Karina is a Mafia Princess by name only. Wanting no part of her families business, she's set her sights on becoming a lawyer instead. Even though she knows a relationship between her and Lorik can never work, they can't seem to stay away from each other.
With Lorik becoming more obsessed with her, and Karina trying to keep her past where it belongs, it's not long before their "relationship" is put to the test.
I really enjoyed this book. It's not heavy on the Mafia side and it's a really good, hot romance with really likeable characters.
I'll definitely be reading more from Bella J.
