Release Blitz & Review....Hated You Then by M. Robinson

From Wall Street Journal & USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes Hated You Then, book 1 in the Love Hurts Duet.
Release Date: September 17th
A coming of age, enemies to lovers, contemporary romance filled with angst and all the feels.

I couldn’t remember a time before her... Harley Jameson.

Before she owned me.
Hated Me.
Needed me.

Before I hated her…

Things were simple.
We had an understanding.
Bully. Fight. Hate. It’s what we did.
Mind. Body. Soul. It’s how we loved.

I thought nothing would ever change that, until everything did.

She was mine.

Always had been.
Always would be.
Nothing altered that.
Not how much I hated her.
Not how much she hated me.
Especially, not how much I hated…

That I LOVED her.

Wall Street Journal & USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson loves to read. She favors anything that has angst, romance, triangles, cheating, love, and of course sex! She has been reading since the Babysitters Club and R.L. Stein.

She was born in New Jersey but was raised in Tampa Fl. She was pursuing her Ph.D in psychology, with two years left. However, she dropped out of school and became a fulltime writer.

She is married to an amazing man who she loves to pieces. They have two German Shepherd mixes, Kobe and trooper, a Wheaten Terrier, Teddy and a Tabby cat, Gio.

She feels blessed to be living her dream.

I always knew I was going to love this book but even I’m surprised how hard I fell for Jackson and Harley’s story. I loved getting the full back story of them as youngsters right up until they’re teens, it really helped me understand their love/hate relationship. The banter, the pranks, everything about these two was perfect.

Jackson comes across as a little jerk at times but that boy is so bloody loveable it’s unreal. I was torn between wanting to slap him and wanting to hug him. This kid will make your heart ache. The relationship he has with Harley is a constant battle to get one up on the other, Harley is just as stubborn as Jackson and with a daddy like Creed it’s really no surprise that she won’t give in, especially to a boy. Harley is adorable (she’d hate me to use that to describe her but she is). She’s sassy and got a potty mouth on her, she’s sweet and loyal, head strong and strong willed. She’s a fantastic character.

I’m not going into the story, I truly believe this authors books should always be read knowing just the basics. M Robinson’s first enemies to more romance gives you the angst and tension you expect from her work but also a new fresh feel that’s ridiculously hard to put down (I didn’t put it down once, I couldn’t even if I’d tried). Be warned it is part one of a duet so there is a cliffhanger that will leave you counting down the days until you can get your hands on Love You Now but it’s so worth it. Read this book, read it now!
